ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
One trainer dedicated to your fitness and health.
We design our training program based on your fitness history, your goals and your mobility.
We always start with a free full body assessment with functional movement screening, a body composition test as well as fitness and cardiovascular assessments.

GROUP TRAINING
Not a group class, not a personal training session, something in between.
Limited to five people per session. It is a more intense way to train than a group class that focuses on your needs and goals.
